Diadora, the italian sporting goods article group from Cerano di San Marco will expand in China, Hongkong and Macau.

For this purpose, Diadora has founded together with Windia Holdings Ltd a joint Venture in China with the name Windor International company limited. This new company belongs 40% to Diadora and 60% to Windia Holdings.

Windia Holdings is a subsidiary company of  the Hongkong sportswear company Win Hanverky Holdings Ltd.
